Product Specialist Level I - $250 per day for distributing product literature and answering product related questions.
Product Specialist Level II - $400 per day for product narration.
Product Specialist Gold - $500 per day for product narration and media coverage (this includes tv and radio)
Product Specialist Elite – $600 per day for product narration, answering product related questions, event management, generating leads
and media coverage – This Product Specialist handles it all!
Agency Note:
Travel Day Rates - $200 per travel day
All Training Day Rates - $250 per day.
Fashion Related Shows
Product Specialist Fashion - $300 for fashion promotions
Product Specialist Fashion Elite - $500 for fashion promotion, narration and product related questions.

Event Management: - $100 additional fee will be added to day rate of any Product Specialist performing Event Management duties. (This
excludes Product Specialist Elite)
Product Leads - $100 additional fee will be added to day rate of any Product Specialist generating product leads through PDA usage or
paper forms. (This excludes Product Specialist Elite)
Expense Options
1. Client may arrange and coordinate all expense items themselves and be responsible for their payment. All travel arrangements and
travel expense must be verified to Elite Notions ten days prior to the Event. These expenses include airfare, car rental and hotel
accommodations.
Additional expenses to be invoiced would include but are not limited to:
a. Per diem ($55/day - includes airport parking and cab fares)
b. Mileage driven to airport or event @ 44.5 cents/mile if over 40 miles one way
c. Wardrobe if Client requests specific wardrobe.
d. Other Client requested items PS is required to purchase.
2. Or, Client may opt to have Elite Notions coordinate all travel accomodations based on a flat fee expense rate. This includes flight travel,
hotel, car rentals and other items as contractually agreed upon should the client book Elite Notions to handle Expense items.
Expenses include but are not limited to:
a. Airfare or mileage (@44.5 cents/mile if over 40 miles one way
b. Hotel/Car Rentals (if applicable)
c. Per diem ($55/day - includes airport parking and cab fares)
e. Wardrobe if Client requests specific wardrobe.
f. Other Client requested items PS is required to purchase.
Booking Fee
There is an automatic booking fee at 20% of Product Specialists rate or 25% of total job if client opts to have agency handle all travel
accommodations.
Deal Memos/Invoices
After Elite Notions and the Client have agreed upon a final Cost, a Deal Memo/Booking Agreement will be prepared and presented to the
Client within 2 weeks of the booking. This will delineate the specific agreement between Elite Notions and the Client. This is a partial
invoice upon receipt in which 50% of the total job Cost will be required 10 days in advance of booking the Event to handle operating
expenses. No exceptions. The final invoice will be emailed or mailed to your designated accounts payable office after the job is complete.
Final invoices are due 15 days from the start date of the Event. No exceptions.
Elite Notions does enforce a cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation, there must be a 72 hour notice. After the 72nd
hour, 1/3 of the Product Specialist rate is required to compensate the PS for prioritizing their schedule and preparing a presentation to
accomodate your event. After the 48th hour, 2/3 of the Product Specialist rate is required and if there is less than a 24 hour notice, the
Product Specialist shall receive a full rate to compensate their time blocked for this day.
