Vacation home arrival preparation
We'll show up the day before you arrive up to a few
hours before you arrive and get everything ready for
you.
Here are some ideas of things we'll prep:
When you leave, just leave everything. We'll arrange
for cleaning and lock up after everyone has left the
premises.

- Open windows to let in fresh air or place your
thermostat setting at your preference - Bring fresh flowers to each room
- Light dusting/floor sweep/vacuum/bathroom
touchup - Run all plumbing including your washing
machine - Grocery shopping (list provided by you via
email or fax) - Specialty shopping (wine, gifts, cigars, fresh
seafood, etc.) - Arrange for yard care if you make the request
