Please try to provide at least a 24 hour notice on all requests. However, in an emergency situation...that is what we are here for.
You will receive a call within a couple of hours.
House sitting services are based on a per visit rate or monthly rate.
For Product Specialists, please see the PS page for more information here.
Cooking classes are based on a per job rate with a 1.5 hour minimum.
For Special Requests, service time starts once Elite Notions arrives at the clients' home. For equests such as running errands,
arranging service providers, etc., service time starts at the beginning of the errand.
All invoices are to be paid 15 days from the start of the job date. Not invoice date.
For house sitting requests, we ask that you please try to provide a 24 hour notice.
There is a 72 hour cancellation notice for cooking classes and Product Specialists. Please read the terms and conditions for
each site page.
Elite Notions accepts personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks and cash. We will soon be offering Paypal service
through the website.
There will be a fee of $35.00 for any returned checks.
Service rates do not include the cost of any items purchased by Elite Notions. You will be invoiced for Elite Notions service rates
and any items or services purchased by Elite Notions with all receipts attached for your records.
Any Special Request that requires Elite Notions to fund more than $200 for the service will need to be paid up front. No
Exceptions.
In the event that a home owner request Elite Notions to hire a service provider such as repair man, electrician, etc., Elite Notions
will always seek out companies that are licensed, bonded and insured. All service providers will be presented to homeowner
prior to job "start date" for approval. Therefore, it will be the homeowner hiring the service provider not Elite Notions. Homeowner
will be expected to pay any monies required upfront by the service provider, not Elite Notions.
For investment property owners that receive monthly house sitting visits, you will receive 2 free visits if you refer a new client that
schedules monthly service with 2 or more visits each month. New client must be current on invoices.
